Littering and dog fouling

Wherever you walk around the city, there seems to be litter or dog fouling. In order for us to progress and make it a nicer place to live, we really need to sort this out. I propose that we do this in two ways. The first, by increasing the amount of bins we have available in the area; and second, by employing more wardens who will monitor the streets.

The increased risk of being fined will hopefully act as a deterrent to littering and irresponsibly leaving dog faeces on the streets. The increase number of bins means people will have to carry their litter / dog poo a much shorter distance so will be more likely to dispose of it in an acceptable manner.
